4. Non-Compete & Non-Circumvention

Compete with My Deal Pool in Florida or other active regions, during their membership and for 12 months after.
Circumvent the platform by contacting businesses or investors listed on the platform outside the approved channels.
Violations may lead to account termination and legal action, including injunctive relief and damages.
5. Submissions & User Responsibilities
Business owners may submit deals for investor review. By submitting, you agree:

You will not upload false, misleading, or confidential third-party content.
You are solely responsible for the material you submit.
6. Communications & Text Messaging
By opting in via our submission form, you consent to receive informational SMS messages related to your submission, document requests, scheduling, and deal status updates.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We do not send cold outreach, advertising texts, or lending offers.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
My Deal Pool may suspend or delete accounts at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) for:
Fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity
Violation of confidentiality or non-compete obligations
Misuse of proprietary deal data
Breach of any signed agreement
No guarantees are made regarding continued platform access, earnings, or investment outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including branding, data, images, software, and design, is owned or licensed by Genesis Financial Services LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
